'Technical Lighting'Did you know about it?

There may be people who feel unfamiliar. However, it's a job that involves all workers.

Technical writing (technical writing) refers to techniques that effectively convey technology or technical products (products) according to the reader's level of vision. In a broad sense, it collectively refers to writing that conveys all types of text more clearly and in an easy-to-understand manner. Business documents also require technical writing techniques, such as emails, presentations, reports, company profiles, and press releases that you write together every day.

It can be said that the beginning of all writing begins with technical writing.

Writing skills are essential for office workers. Every document must be accessed in terms of structure/structure/language/vocabulary/visualization/usability. If you add technical writing techniques that are different from general writing, you can properly promote yourself and improve your practical skills.

I am 26 years of English and Korean technical writing and technical translation I'm Choi Hyung-seon, a technical writer with experience.

1st generation technical writer in KoreaAs an example, I started a course in Korea at the Hankyoreh Cultural Center in 2017 based on the trial and error I experienced when there were no courses introducing systematic theories, methodologies, and styling of technical writing in Korea. Companies such as KTCA, Standards Association, Samsung Electronics, SK Planet, Korea Internet & Security Agency (KISA), and Korea Shipbuilding and Marine Equipment Research Institute (KISA), and Sookmyung Women's University, Ewha Womans University, and Dongguk Graduate School have also given many technical writing special lectures.

The students who listened to my lecture were not just technical writers or translators, Everyone who writes must listenHe told me that. In fact, in the US, technical writing courses are a required subject that science and engineering students must take. However, since it wasn't in Korea, I've always thought it was necessary for someone to share this skill with office workers.

I think I'm still good at spreading technical writing skills because I have experience working on all kinds of documents, so I met you at Class 101 to spread the word about this technology.

It contains all the basics of writing that every office worker, technical writer, and translator must know. Learn not only the principles and philosophies you need to learn in order to write, but also methodologies and usable styles based on global standards.

❶ It covers all the theories leading up to writing

I've introduced all the general theories and principles of writing that I've been curious about in the past when I was writing from the ground up.

❷ All technical writing skills

I introduced all the skills I came across while working as a technical writer in this course. With these skills, you can write anything, so be sure to learn them.

❸ Provides a rich style of examples that go beyond theory

I've taught a lot of theory in the past, but I've seen that students can't absorb it without examples or exercises. That's why we've provided plenty of examples and styles in this class.

Hello, I'm Choi Hyung-sun, and I've been doing English and Korean technical writing and technical translation since 1997.

In fact, I don't think the process was easy. Somebody said that. They said they went through all the prenatal attacks. I think that's exactly what I did.

영문 Technical Writing 지침서

“This is the first book that compiles what I learned from my mentors and the theories and experiences I established through my later studies!”

Now that the years have passed, I'm planning the next revision, but I wouldn't be able to write the book or create the current course without the mentors I met in the US. I would like to thank you for this and give back by spreading the word about this skill.

I'm still mentoring English and Korean technical writing every day. What I realized during my education was that no matter how many principles, philosophies, and styles were implanted, I learned that no matter how many principles, philosophies, and styles were implanted, there was no progress without actually writing and receiving feedback. That's why I introduced a mentoring program and I'm happy to have students who give me positive feedback! It's also fun to solve problems with the disciples every day through email and social media.
