There are times when companies gather participants for various purposes and listen to their voices. I conducted user research for research purposes at graduate school and for the purpose of identifying customers at the startup I work for. Here's a collection of interview tips from actual research experiences.

The importance of user research is widely acknowledged in the IT industry. Also, Notion is in the spotlight as a business tool. Therefore, I think there are many people who want to use Notion for user research. Notion is a tool that can create various synergies in user research. Based on my experience using Notion during my research, I'll show you how to unlock 100% of Notion's potential.

This class follows each step of user research in sequence.

(1) Prepare a research plan to obtain effective insights.

(2) Examine participant recruitment tips for accurate data and points to be aware of when conducting interviews,

(3) Extract insights from interview records.

In addition to this, we will spend time together creating Notion templates that will be used in each step.

• All lessons are taught based on Notion for PC.

• You can also practice all of the lessons with a free Notion account.

• There is a chapter where services other than Notion, such as Zapier and Google Forms, are introduced, but similarly, all exercises can be done with a free account.

• For all Notion templates introduced in the course, specific production methods are introduced in the course, and all completed versions are open to the public for free. However, it is free for students, so please do not distribute/sell it to third parties.
