“I want to change something too...”

“I need to lose some weight this time,” “I have to study every night.”

There are times when a simple but earnest goal comes to mind.

However, when they try to get started, their willpower quickly declines, and it often ends up in 3 days of making up their mind.

I did, too.

When I was at work, “I should quit drinking and lose weight 🍺”, “I should study stocks every night.”

I always made a new commitment, but it fell apart in less than a month.

Then one day, I stopped thinking only in my head

30 minutes in the morning, I started writing them down in my diary one by one.

Big goals, small goals I can do today, etc.

Over the past 5 years, the shape of my life has changed a lot.

Starting a business after leaving the company, small habits to take care of your health,

And above all, after working for a long time, I was motivated to love myself.

The L.A.M.P recording method is a summary of all the recording methods that changed me in this way.

For some people, it's a springboard for promotion,

For some people, she supports her feelings as an affectionate mother,

Also, for others, it will lead to health or a new hobby.

If you know how and in what order to write a diary, it's easier and more fun to achieve your goals.

From a short day's routine to a long future life.

It captures all the power of records I experienced in 1 hour and 44 minutes.
