The fictional image of psychology that we have been deceived

It ends today.

Why do psychologists only give warm and healing lectures?
This is a fundamental question I had when I started teaching.

I am a psychology instructor, so I received many inquiries about stress relief courses.
Also, at first, everyone taught whatever they wanted.
How should I relieve stress, how should I protect myself from stress...

Then, this question followed

But... Would reducing stress really make these people happier?

To find the answer to this question that is swirling in my head
I dug deep into the vast array of papers from overseas, and the conclusions were surprisingly new.

<To be happy, you have to be under good stress>

Are you trying to relieve stress every day?
If so, you may live a stable and calm, yet routine and meaningless life.

Today, I've completely changed the way I teach.

Now, when I get a lecture inquiry about stress,
About what good stress is and how to arrange it in your life
I will give a lecture on the latest psychological trends.

In this way, my lecture takes a fresh look at something existing
It has evolved by thinking about what kind of psychological insight it brings to life attitudes and happiness.

And finally, others don't deal with it Field of Insight PsychologyIt received great recognition from
As far as the field of insight psychology is concerned, I am trying to become an irreplaceable person.

The way we give insight to our lives is big 2 typesThere is

One, like a traditional self-development scene
It's a way of imitating people who have had significant success in some way.

A person who hit the jackpot by investing in that person's way
The person who hit the jackpot by following that person's YouTube-Reels formula
A person who succeeded by imitating that person's sales method
A person who overcame difficult times through that person's secret

Also, I feel that such people are trustworthy because they have a lot of stories and reviews from people who have hit the jackpot.
This is what psychology says “Survivorship bias (Survivorship bias) error” This is it.

This is because, as you know, most people unfortunately don't hit the jackpot or live a successful life.
And rather than leaving reviews, those who fail quietly go looking for a different approach.

So we need to know the second way to get insights.
Show off your metacognition right away Insight into life itselfIt's a psychological way of looking down while looking down.

In other words, by understanding the scientifically proven psychological content itself
It's a way to find direct application points in my life.

However, this method is so difficult and complicated that even majors can't do it.

That's why you need a guide.
I'm a psychologist who relentlessly digs into this area.

We've also changed it to the easiest language to help everyone understand and apply it to their lives.
In other words, not in a personal and subjective way
Psychological-science-evidence-based fact-checkingIt's about dealing with.

In particular, misconceptions that we previously knew as common sense
Through the latest psychological research It's very important to understand it properly.
This is because psychology has an immediate impact on my life right now — in this moment.

So this content doesn't stimulate tears like other psychology classes.
However, attitudes towards life and insights that penetrate psychological phenomena are 200% guaranteedI will.

Since teaching on-site, I have received hundreds of satisfaction reviews.
We will easily share proven content that is fun, interesting, and useful.

Many instructors have their own philosophies, use special terms, and say their own methods are right. However, nothing is always right; psychology itself refutes that even if it was known that it was fully verified 10 years ago, it wasn't now 10 years later. And that's psychology.
