Hello, I'm Kang Hyo-jeong, a tax adviser at the Startup Specialty Center.

Tax Corporation Expert

It is the first tax corporation specialized in each industry in Korea where the top tax advisors for each industry gather.

Each branch has a specialized industry center that is responsible only for a specific industry,

I am at the tax corporation Expert Gangnam Branch (e-commerce, startup center)

Starting a number of startups - >Investments - >Grants - >Financial Management - >Together in tax risk management

We have systematically dealt with special accounting and tax structures unique to startups.

CEO of a startup, “Why you need to know about tax” is simple.

Most startup representatives don't do tax “directly,”

This is because if you don't know tax affairs, you won't be able to properly operate a company.

You need to know taxes so you can accurately plan the “future” of your company.

✔ Because I don't know when and what taxes to pay

→ The funding plan is shaken every time

✔ Because I don't know how the tax is calculated

→ VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax are not predicted

✔ Because I don't know what items are accepted as expenses

→ Missing out on tax savings points

✔ I don't understand the income statement or financial statement

→ We often don't know if the actual company is in surplus, deficit, or lack cash liquidity.

If you don't know this, decisions are made with a “sense” every month

From the moment you know it, the CEO will be able to plan the future of the company.

This course is not a “course to become a tax accountant.”

The CEO will share tax knowledge to operate the company more accurately, more reliably, and more strategically.

A startup is completely different from a regular business.

Initial sales at least

✔ Investments

✔ Grants

✔ R&D costs

✔ Labor costs

✔ Outsourcing

✔ Development costs

✔ Purchase of equipment and assets

The movement of money is much more numerous.

And all of this

It's not just “cost.”

It is a financial signal directly linked to corporate value and investment promotion.

So startup representatives

It is not an “entrusting area” for tax and accounting

You must accept it as a management language that you must understand firsthand.

1. A 'tax schedule' that every startup representative must know

— When do you pay VAT?

— When should I prepare corporate taxes?

→ Even if you know the exact schedule, the funding plan becomes much more clear.

2. “How are my taxes calculated?”

The startup cost structure is unique.

By knowing this structure, the CEO can make plans for the next month, next quarter, and next year.

— VAT calculation principles

— Corporate tax calculation structure

— The impact of labor and development costs on taxes

— Tax structure in case of deficit

→ As soon as you know how to pay taxes, you can operate predictably.

3. What items are considered “expenses”?

If you don't know this part, you'll miss out on tax savings points.

— What are the development costs? In what case an asset?

— Tax standards for outsourced expenses and service expenses

— Device/server/subscription fee processing method

— Why can't labor costs be deducted from VAT

→ Just by knowing this standard, you can see the flow of a company more accurately.

4. How is an income statement made

As soon as I understand the profit and loss structure, the CEO

What pattern does a company use to spend money,

You can clearly interpret what structure generates profit and loss.

Understanding profit and loss makes plans for the next quarter clear

It also makes talking to investors much easier.

5. Four major insurances, the biggest burden for startups

And legal benefits that only startups can reduce

— Research allowance for researchers

— Job invention compensation

→ This is an essential part for startups that are burdened with labor costs.

6. Strategies to reduce debt ratios

The debt ratio is an important indicator for both investors and government support projects.

— Why is the debt ratio rising

— Relationship with capital encroachment

— Structural improvement methods that startups can utilize

→ Once you know this, you can design your own financial strategy for the future.

This is a lecture for a CEO like this.

✔ Those who have no idea how taxes are calculated

✔ Those who have experienced a shortage of funds at the time of VAT and the four major insurances

✔ CEO who is curious about the cost recognition criteria

✔ Those who want to know the exact profit and loss structure

✔ Those who wanted to know about the exemption system that only startups can get

✔ Those who are uneasy about investment and support projects due to debt ratios

This course

“CEO who put it off because tax was difficult”

Understand accurate standards

This is a course where you can make your own future management plans.

We will create a foundation to protect corporate values.
