Class introduction

Solution instead of comfort, fact rather than fantasyA reality insight class that conveys!

“Insight Profiler” is an insight class that re-examines choices we have believed are important from a realistic perspective, such as studying abroad, success, time in our 20s, work-life balance, favorite work, ability to execute, organizational strength, child education, and aging.

Over 20 years, there have been hundreds of thousands of leader-level students!

Dr. Kim Hyun-jung's success equation verified and conveyed in life and the field

We believe familiar conditions such as a good school, a good job, a high salary, a stable career, and the success of our children will lead to a better life. However, in real life, the same choices are an opportunity for some and a big risk for others.

This class doesn't repeat familiar success formulas such as “you have to work hard,” “do what you love,” and “if you study abroad, you will succeed.” Based on the concerns faced by actual leaders and growth-oriented people, we discuss what criteria should be used to judge important life and career choices.

We look at whether studying abroad is really a shortcut to success, how to define success and happiness, what to experience in your 20s, and what work and growth mean in the age of work-life balance. It also covers whether you can do a good job just because you like it, what makes people who put ideas into action different, and how you can use the strength of an organization as a springboard for your career.

Furthermore, we will look at a wide range of topics, including why attachment and emotional stability are important in child education, how physical and living conditions change after the age of 40, and what attitudes people who live active lives even as they age.

“Insight Profiler” is not a vague comfort or success story, but a class for accurately viewing reality and establishing criteria for choices that suit you.

Course effect

Moving away from the familiar formula for success, you can look at study abroad, career, work, organization, child education, and aging from a more realistic perspective.
You can develop the ability to make judgments based on criteria that suit you, rather than vague expectations or anxiety in the face of important choices.
You'll get integrated insights into work and growth, execution, organizational utilization, and late-life design.
People in their 20s and 30s can check their career and life direction, and those in their 40s and 50s can get help redesigning their work, organization, and next level of life.

Two reasons this class is special

Success and career

A class where you can look back at it from a realistic point of view

When we talk about success, we often think of visible conditions such as a good school, a good job, a high salary, and financial security. However, important life choices are not determined by conditions alone.

Studying abroad doesn't mean everyone succeeds, not everyone is satisfied by doing what they love, and the results obtained within the organization are not entirely based on my own skills. As we get older, so do the conditions for our bodies, money, relationships, and roles.

This class is not about vague ideals or comfort, but rather looks at the risks and conditions faced in real life. The more sober you look at reality, the tougher your choices can be. It will be a time to reorganize what I want and what standards I will live by.

To grow for a long time and live an impactful life

A class to learn about life attitudes

Success is not complete with a single choice or a period of achievement. The experiences of people in their 20s, their attitude towards work, their ability to execute, the way they use the organization, their perspective on children and the next generation, and the ability to live an active life even as they age are all connected to create a person's life.

In this class, we discuss the reality of studying abroad and success, how to grow up in the age of work-life balance, the process of making a favorite job a reality, execution and organizational utilization, changes in life after 40, and the attitude of remaining an irreplaceable person even as they get older.
