This class presents a practical course of study for young and middle-aged people who want to create a more satisfying and meaningful life by understanding, understanding, and making good use of themselves.

Based on knowledge in the fields of human development theory, adult education, in-depth psychology, clinical psychology, and spiritual exploration, this course will present a useful guide to self-understanding and personality maturity for adults in their 20s to 60s who are struggling in a competitive 21st-century Korean society.

In particular, by drawing deep psychological awareness from professional and academic discussions, we will use it as a tool to understand everyday life situations that ordinary people experience every day, and to actively and energetically embrace our lives.

I would recommend this course to these people.

A person who has fallen into skepticism that they don't think anything will improve personally in the future as an adult
Those who want to secure a framework of self-understanding that goes beyond MBTI
Those who have doubts about the meaning beyond the hardships and stress brought by the world
Those who have been born once and don't want to accept that this life is too wasteful and just “this life is ruined” and just live a rough life
A person who feels that a person like me is useless in a world where good people lose money

Many students who took my course at university came directly to me or contacted me at the end of the semester and said these things. Mainly young people,

After taking the class, I was able to take a fresh look at myself,
I was able to create a focus on what direction I should move in the future,
I was freed from past wounds and empowered to rise again, and
He told me that I was able to look at the world from a new perspective,

Also, I remember some middle-aged and elderly people saying that they felt like they had a kind of rudder when they were unsure about how to live the rest of their lives.

We can live well only if we properly understand our self. We can live well only by showing off our individuality. It's a textbook statement, but the school textbook only shouted out words and didn't provide any real help, so we have to find that path in this class before it's too late. This is all about living well. The basic motto of this course is “Know yourself well, use yourself fully, and live well.”
