As a training tool originating in Bulgaria, the Bulgarian bag is used in speculative sports including wrestling, judo, jiu-jitsu, and MMA, and training sites to improve the performance of athletes in various sports, and there is still not much content that can be properly learned in Korea.

The Bulgarian bag is not just a tool for building muscle strength. It is a “high-efficiency functional exercise system” that allows you to train various functions that humans can improve, such as strength, speed, rotation power, core, endurance, and agility, with a single tool in a short period of time.

If you learn properly, you can do a reliable full-body workout at home in a short period of time.

Based on 10 years of experience in teaching functional training in the field, we have included in this class how anyone can use Bulgarian bags safely and effectively.

We hope you will experience training that can improve performance and exercise efficiency through proper functional movements rather than simple equipment exercises.
