Chronic fatigue can suspect liver fatigue and kidney fatigue. In other words, the health of the kidneys and liver should be improved. It is helpful to massage the area with liver and kidney blood by applying lotion or oil to the cotton swab and attach the boiseok twice a week. (Remove it 2-3 days after attaching the boiseok and attach it again)
