I can't help but overeat because I can't avoid eating out, but based on the diet tips that I'm given, I put as little carbohydrates as possible in a bowl so that I can eat as much protein/vitamin as possible. My husband is losing weight because I mainly cook recipes that reduce carbohydrates. Haha
Oh, but I wish I had a calendar for 2 months with a wet heap. I want to keep doing it, but I still don't know how much longer I have to do it every day. I'll upload it once a month.
