I should have read the mission first and practiced! Looking back, I was with the process of breathing flowing into my legs, chest, back, etc. After reading the mission after class, I thought that I could have trained with more clear intentions. At first, I felt like my thigh was tearing apart (because I was injured in the past) and I felt like I was losing my breath and losing my breath. As I was focusing on breathing, I felt like I was losing my breath. As I was conscious of the path, I found the balance between softness and it was beautiful. It was a time when I felt alive and clear, quiet and beautiful. ♡
