I had a chance to take a graduate course in the undergraduate graduation semester, and the name of the lecture was Commercial Law Research. Unexpectedly, however, the lecture was a case study dealing with legal issues that corporate managers must overcome under the contract law environment in the U.S., especially in the 21st century, when e-commerce became commonized. The textbook was named Managers and the Legal Environment - Strategies for the 21st Century. In the class, it was an easy word to see as well as an unfamiliar vocabulary, but it was also an embarrassing experience. I want to take a leap forward from that time through teacher Jung Da-hye's class.
