For breakfast, I made blinkers, eggs, and tomato marinade. I made it the day before, so I'm not busy in the morning. It was delicious, so I dipped it in bread!

I had a hard time making dough, so I put in a million flour and made pizza. It was the best pizza I've ever had! Maybe it's made of natural fermentation, but it digests really well. As you told me, I reduced the amount of flour and added water little by little, so it was easy and not sticky. It was a perfect amount for two women to eat with 100 flour. I should make it more often from now on!

It's really hard to make dough. I think a kneader is a must, but is Ciabatta dough sticky? The second time I make it, it's sticky from the time I mix the powder and water. No matter how much I knead it, it gets better, but it's sticky enough to stick to the wall or ceiling. If you knead it, it'll stick to your hands until you move it to the last container to ferment.
