Six years of home training. I worked out while watching YouTube channels. I couldn't believe I was a stagnant person. I've been digging into the moment for two months. I've been thinking that I'm so pretty even in the mirror.It was 57~58kg on April 15th, and after that, I gained 54kg as a result of the moment fit exercise every day. I don't eat tight either. It's a hormone slave, so it's hard to control half a month.

My goal is to work out in a perfect posture that makes my body functional and stable, just like Rock Coach!

I've been working out for six years, and I've had Petey from both coaches, and I've been doing weight training all by myself.

I've always wondered about these theories and methods of functional training.

I've been learning a lot from your videos.
I want to learn more perfectly in this class.
 
Therefore, my exercise goal is to exercise in the same perfect posture as the rock coach.
