Dear Students,
Hi! I’m Mike English, the creator of Speak, Act, Think English!
I have been an English teacher since 2008, and I have lived in Korea since 2009. I have taught at government institutes, private academies, public schools and gifted centers, and I now run my own teaching business, helping students to achieve their English goals.
Something that I have realized is that Korean students often have exceptional English reading and listening skills, wide vocabularies, and detailed knowledge of grammatical rules. However, many of my students have expressed doubt in their speaking ability. Often, this is due to a lot of confidence, or a lack of practice.
