Hello, I'm Lee Ji-eun from Dalby Cake.

I remember 12 years ago, when I randomly went up to Seoul for baking. I named it “moon” or “rain” line to mean my first flight towards baking.

Thanks to the name, I was lucky enough to have more opportunities for overseas classes, and even though it is a remote area called Gyeongnam, many people came to learn about Dalby's signature dessert regardless of distance, so I was able to grow today's Dalby Cake.
