About Mitton Studio

While working as a character designer and stop-motion animator, I had a relationship with Sheep Mo, and it's been 8 years since I opened Mitton Studio to capture those cozy dolls in heartwarming images. Currently, it is operated as a studio and small workshop in Seochon. I work on wool dolls in various fields, such as commercials, movies, and fairy tale characters, and I'm doing classes in the Sheepskin Doll Expert Class. Last year, I also published the book “My First Wool Doll,” and I'm trying to promote wool felt a lot.

Just by looking at them, I think the cozy wool dolls take a lot of time and effort to create shapes by stabbing them with sharp needles, making them even more precious and heartwarming. Take along a wool doll with your own sensibility and capture your precious memories.

I like drawing pictures, but I prefer making something three-dimensional. I wanted to make my own doll and go with them everywhere, and I was brought to life with photos and videos that captured the sensibility of the doll. There were no space restrictions and the weight was light, so we were able to work together anywhere. I think wool work, which has a warm appeal with a variety of colors and cozy textures, filled my empty mind one by one and gave me time to focus on myself.
