Complete figure drawing with the MONAMI ballpoint pen
Hello! I'm Monex, the artist.
My class this time From how to use contrast and lines unique to ballpoint pens to coloring with a basic three-color Monami ballpoint pen Let's find out.
Everyone has tried the MONAMI ballpoint pen at least once.
You don't need a special tool to draw something.
While drawing various pictures, it's not just “drawing a picture” I wanted to express feelings. “I want to express my sad feelings in a picture, but what kind of picture should I draw to best show it?” When asked, the first thing that came to mind was figure drawing.
There are so many things in a person's facial expressions, that person's feelings appear just by opening their eyes, the shape of their lips, and the appearance of wrinkles.
That's how I started drawing people, and while using a lot of materials After all, I now have a perfect ballpoint pen left in my hand.
When many people draw, use a lot of pencils that can be erased at any time even if they make a mistake. I'll let you know If you draw according to the formula, anyone can draw a figure in no time. If you only have this formula, you won't be afraid to draw with a ballpoint pen.

After learning the formula and understanding the ratio of features, every time you draw a character There's no need to make a big deal out of the picture. You can literally learn how to draw portraits without an eraser while drawing portraits according to the proportions of attention.
How to draw eyebrows and hair drawings naturally.
If I just tell you the formula, you'll be able to draw eyebrows and hair that would take a lot of effort naturally.

As a finishing touch, I'll try coloring with 3 basic MONAMI pens.
The coloring may be turbid if you make a mistake, but How to overwrite without turbidityAnd, I'll tell you which points to color to make the character drawing come to life.
I'll also show you how to draw simple watercolor gradients and colored pencils:)
I've never studied figure drawing professionally. I'll also give you tips that you can easily understand about parts that you find difficult because you've learned them on your own.
As you slowly follow this class, you will find yourself that you have really developed. I hope you can enjoy drawing with just a ballpoint pen without a lot of materials:)

MMMMONEXX
Hallo I'm Monex, an artist who paints with just a ballpoint pen. I majored in design and am currently working as an artist.
I didn't start to draw a good picture. For the sake of feeling good, I started drawing pictures that didn't have the right answer. It was really fun to express characters with the eyes, nose, and mouth that I drew, rather than drawing the same picture well. So I started drawing with a ballpoint pen that I couldn't erase without sketching in the first place. I wonder where the answer is. Isn't the purpose of painting “expression” in the first place?
I really want you to put everything down and enjoy the moment you draw.
I think painting should be really easy to get your hands on, rather than starting out complicated by setting up and preparing. If you only have one favorite notebook and a ballpoint pen, you can draw anywhere. I really hope that people who have a hobby of painting will enjoy it without the cost or material burden.
