Ewha gok is rice malt. It's a yeast that even sake experts find difficult. Even if you get used to it, it takes a full 4 weeks. Ewhagok is a fermented ingredient for sake. Since it only takes 4 weeks to prepare the fermented ingredients for sake, the preparation of sake is quite troublesome.


If you make Ewha gok using traditional and traditional methods, you will learn natural and wild fermentation by itself. Nature means that it does itself.
