Onyu letters that give a new impression

캘리그라퍼 오뉴글씨입니다

Hello, I'm Onyu, a calligrapher who writes handwriting. I originally majored in piano, but I got my calligraphy certificate and am currently working as a freelance calligrapher.

Oh, new! I'm looking for my own letters

I was first introduced to calligraphy with a brush and got a certificate, but the calligraphy style was different from what I wanted. There was a time when I was in the midst of a lot of trouble because it wasn't the direction I was pursuing.

In the meantime, I started working on an iPad, and I decided to take advantage of the best I have. I wanted to do cute calligraphy that I like and that is easier than colorful and difficult calligraphy. “Onyu Letter,” which is loved by so many people, was born.

Fill the void with pictures

예시1

예시2 The writing alone was empty, so I drew one or two cute pictures. I'm a person who has never properly learned art, so I don't know how to draw big pictures. It's a very simple and easy picture, but it blends well with my cute writing, and the current ONYU character was born. Friends with very cute eyes and noses often appear, so take care:)

The reality is that with the spread of computers and the evolution of mobile phones, there are fewer and fewer people who write handwriting. However, since we have a romance about analog, handwriting has become a culture among many computer fonts, right?

I think it would be nice to think of incorporating analog into this digital culture. Unavoidably, the post-work of digitizing handwriting was essential, but the iPad and Apple Pencil made the cumbersome post-work easier!

For those who have bought an iPad or Apple Pencil and can't use them, we've prepared a class to make it easier and more fun to use.

Calligraphy? It's so huge!

It's just a class for writing cute letters.

There's no font like it under the sky, right? This is because each writer has its own characteristics in handwriting. However, writing also has its own rules. Some fonts are a little more refined, and some are more affectionate.

It's not a paper and pen class, so I need time to adapt at first. Understand the characteristics of an iPad and practice writing that looks cuter and prettier. You'll start with a line, then gradually improve your skills from vocabulary, short sentences, and long sentences! Let's find your own cute font and create OO fonts!
