Hello:) I'm Song Ji-young, the CEO of Dessert Gian Baking Class. If you run an offline macaron class, you'll meet people who love macarons for a wide variety of reasons, such as those who want to make delicious desserts with good ingredients for their loved ones, those who enjoy it as a hobby just for themselves, and those who are learning to start a business.
My life changed when I met baking and macarons, which began as a hobby!
I now run macaron classes, but until a while ago I was an ordinary office worker and housewife. I fell in love with macaroons and had a new dream of being a confectioner, and I went to “Le Cordon Bleu Confectionery School”, a famous cooking school in France, and completed my diplomaI was able to do it. Since then, I founded and operated a dessert cafe specializing in macaroons.
Every time I feel that knowing how to make desserts is a really special technique for sharing happiness with people around me. When I make macaroons, I feel calmer when I weave skewers in beautiful colors, various colors, and a certain size. Everyone will fall in love with macarons.
However, it's not easy to make macaroons as good as you like. Nowadays, macarons are common in everyday life, but it's not easy to taste properly baked macarons. This is the moment when the balance is lost, as the harmony between good ingredients, crunchy texture, and filling is important! Macaroons tend to become sugar sweets that are just sweet.
Therefore, it takes a lot of knowledge and know-how to make macaroons with a luxurious taste without getting tired of it. This is also something I want to share with you through this class! I would like to share the know-how gained through trial and error in the production process of tens of thousands of macarons, as well as the knowledge and key tips I learned in confectionery school.

STEP 1 Learn the basics of macaroons and bake them perfectly!
In this class, you'll learn all about French meringue, a popular flavor, and Italian meringue, which is hard to come by, but has a more luxurious flavor. You will learn a certain macarona wine by understanding the most important macaroon meringue. I'll also share my own technique for making skewers that consider mass production on a regular basis!

Hello, I'm Jian-Sam from Dessert Gian. I ran a dessert cafe specializing in macarons in Seochon not long ago, and now I'm running classes for starting a business as a hobby of macaroons and various desserts.
There are a lot of people who are really interested in baking when it comes to running a shop or doing classes. I wasn't a specialist confectioner either. I met macaroons as a hobby of baking and fell in love with them, so I went to Le Cordon Bleu Confectionery School to complete my diploma and run a dessert cafe specializing in macaroons.
When I ran the shop, I was the only one who saw the happy customers buying macarons.
When I was running the shop, the expressions of happy customers buying macarons were a great sense of happiness that only I could see. I was so happy that the small dessert I made could be a sincere gift for someone.
When I was doing offline classes, many people wanted to learn, but there were many people who couldn't get started because they didn't have enough time or money to spare.
Just as I grew up getting help from someone, now I also want to help someone grow my heart for baking.
As I built up my knowledge of confectionery, I prepared information on how to make macaroons, mass production tips, various seasonal macaroons, and macaroons with popular characters. From the basics to starting a business! I believe that through this curriculum, you will be able to fully achieve it!
