I would like to introduce Argentine tango.

Hallo The Argentine tango dancer and choreographer is “One Step.” I've been trying to be good at tango for 19 years. However, I discovered that the more I practiced tango, the better my body, which was not good. I'll share with you my experience so far and the know-how I've gained from teaching with over thousands of students.


This course consists of movements and choreography that can be done alone at home instead of tango played by two people.. In particular, I specialized in correction, proper posture, and beautiful hips, waist, legs, neck, and shoulder lines. I would like to learn Argentine tango and have fun dancing while correcting posture, diet, and creating a beautiful body through this class.

Why is Argentine tango so effective in correcting posture?

Before I played tango, my body felt a lot worse. I gave up my innate O leg because it was difficult after an overhaul at a famous leg orthodontic hospital in Gangnam, and my daily life was difficult due to neck and shoulder pain, and numbness in my hands. Currently, O Bridge has improved so much that my eyes are clearly different. My pelvis is now properly aligned, and I can now stand comfortably on one leg.

Tango walking has unique characteristics, so you can get the same exercise effect as climbing by using muscles and senses not used in normal walking. Research results showing that it is effective against many diseases such as Parkinson's disease have also been introduced through medical papers. Good energy comes from absolutely good posture. Tango requires good balance, proper posture, and the use of delicate core muscles in every movement, so if you have fun playing along to the music Without even knowing it, my body slowly changes to a good posture.


Is my body doing well?



Most of the physical problems of modern people are caused by poor body balance due to poor posture. In order to correct the balance between left, right, front and back, top and bottom, I need to check my physical condition. First, I'll tell you in detail where and how to check for yourself. Before performing tango movements with excellent corrective effects, I will do training to soften, activate, and strengthen areas of the body that are used a lot. Even if you keep warming up and training, your body will become healthier and your quality of life will improve.


Correcting my body in earnest,

It will create proper posture.

Learn how to stand in a good posture and learn in detail which muscles to use one by one. Learn how to easily use core muscles and tango walking to correct the balance between the left and right sides of the body.


Wake up the pelvis that was asleep

Make your waist slim and supple

Modern people rarely move their pelvis actively! For women in particular, pelvic health has a direct impact on physical health. The “Ocho System” is a method of walking while twisting the upper and lower body, which activates the pelvis and makes the waist supple and beautiful by constantly contracting and relaxing the muscles surrounding the waist and pelvis.


A boleo that enhances hip and leg lines

The action called “boleo” can be said to be a flower during tango movements. It's a movement where you roll your legs back and forth while blowing them back and forth, but it's specialized for hip ups. If you don't do any special hip-up exercises, you'll have pretty hips just by tango. If you play tango, you won't lose your hips for the rest of your life!


With delicate muscle control

It maximizes muscle coordination.

In tango, you'll learn various movements that are mainly used for delicate musical expressions. These movements seem easy to see because they don't require a lot of effort, but they're tricky because they require a lot of muscle coordination. By practicing the movements, I can make my body more my own.


Tango line dance that you can enjoy alone

Wouldn't it be fun to just exercise tango moves? I choreographed the moves I've learned so far into line dance choreography to great tango music. I think I'd be happy if I didn't have a place to practice and show off on my own. If you want, you can also do tango line dance offline with lots of people. Let's practice hard and show off your heart!

I hope that through this class, more people will find their own health through tango and learn about the joy of tango. It's like I can now freely play tango because my whole body wasn't strong!

I started tango in my mid to late 20s and am now in my 19th year. I was an ordinary person, not a dance major, but I started tango by chance because it was so much fun Currently the CEO of 'Tango School', Chairman of 'Korea Argentina Tango Leaders Association', and Chairman of the 'Korean Tango Therapy Society'We are working to promote tango to local communities such as tango academies, schools, and hospitals.


When I was 30 years old, I went to Buenos Aires, Argentina, the home of tango, to study hard for 4 years, and I was lucky enough to work with international tango dancers and maestros. After returning home in 2011 and becoming the first Korean champion in international tango competition, I am currently the only Korean to win 2 official sports championships at the Asian Tango Championship. They have won 5 champions and 3 runners-up in international competitions, and the students they have coached have recorded 20 champions and 13 runners-up in large and small competitions.


I'm happy to be able to deliver Argentine tango to all of you through Class 101, but I'm also worried about whether I can deliver it well. We will work harder to deliver it even better.


As I've learned so far, I hope more people can have a healthier, more proper body, and a confident and fun life through tango. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to those who supported us.
