I succeeded in bulking up about 35 kg from my dainty body, which seemed like it would break, and now I am living a completely different life. I'm also helping skinny people who were similar to me in the past by sharing the trial and error and know-how I've experienced in the process on YouTube and blog.

However, even when I looked on the internet, there were only supplement ads, and even when I went to gyms, there were only diet classes. There were no trainers or classes for skinny people in the world. So I thought about it.
