Pencil drawing in your area

Hello, I'm Jude, a creator who loves pencil drawing.

I like the colorful colors of colored paintings, but I also love monochromatic pencil sketches so much that I'm obsessed with pencil sketching these days.

Pencil sketches have rich expressions depending on what lines you use. Not only does it have a charm that you won't get tired of looking at, it also blends naturally into that place no matter where you walk. It's because of that simplicity.

I saw it in a drama

A wonderful landscape, I remember it with my own hands.

In this class, I'm going to draw familiar scenes I've seen in dramas and entertainment using a pencil and ballpoint pen.

If you just use a pencil for writing or sketching, it's like just talking on a smartphone. Just as you can do more if you learn how to use anything, if you learn how to express with a pencil and pen, you can draw a nicely finished picture with just this tool.

After learning how to express each element of a landscape in a painting and how to compose a landscape painting in class, you can draw a picture of your own memories, or draw a scene from a drama full of sympathy in the master bedroom, right?

Shall we learn about this class?

A picture completed with a pencil and pen,

Let's start by learning how to express each element.

Since there are many elements that make up a landscape, it becomes a landscape when each of those elements is well expressed. Learn how to use pen pressure to express lines that fill the surface, and learn how to express trees, grass, sea, rocks, and buildings, which are representative elements of a landscape.

If you're good at drawing trees, you've learned half of landscape sketching. As such, trees occupy a large part of the landscape. Learn more about how to express grass and trees.

Learn one element,

Apply it right away to complete a picture.

It can get boring if you just keep doing pre-exercises or partial exercises. After some practice, I designed it so that I could complete a picture using it. To avoid being too difficult at first, I will gradually expand from a picture that is nicely completed with only contrast to a painting with various elements applied.

What if it's hard to get started?

Starting with an image study!

Scenery is made up of so many elements that I often don't know where to start and where to draw. If you've ever tried to draw but stopped along the way, start by studying images. It's a process of deciding what to draw and how. While studying images, you can express them in a rough way according to your mood or landscape, or you may want to draw in detail.

Objects that are close are drawn differently than objects that are far away.

Comparative examples of trees in Yuanjing, Chongqing, and Geunggyeong

Even with the same object, the expression method differs depending on the perspective. Expressing everything in detail just makes me feel dizzy, and the picture doesn't catch my eye. Learn how to express objects that are close in detail and how to simply express objects that are far away.

A pile of stones that hurts my head just by looking at it,

Conquer it now.

The rock on the beach or the stone on the wall is pretty to look at, but when I think about drawing, I want to turn away. If you don't want to draw a large block of rocks nearby, you can draw a simplified version of the rock. Even if you don't dare to take a picture of each stone, you can draw the contrast like a formula if you just hold the shape.

Learn how to draw buildings.

You'll learn the basics of how objects look different depending on where you look at them, and learn how to draw using perspective lines that are particularly visible on rectangular buildings. There's a line there, so if you just follow that line, there's no progress. Even if you draw a window, if you know what the window looks like and draw it, you can apply it next time. I know how difficult it is for people who don't usually observe the shape of objects. I'll let you know easily from the experience I've been teaching.

I also need to draw a picture that applies all of these.

Draw a moderately omitted tree in Chongqing and a stone on the wall, a pillar representing the grain of a nearby tree, a threshold with a see-through line applied, and a moonstone with a see-through line of sight.

Let's draw hairs with the lines we've learned, and express the branches in detail.

If you know it, you'll see a different world.

When you learn how to draw grass, a bunch of grass on the side of the road also stands out, and when you learn about a tree, you begin to see the branches as a result of the tree. Once you learn perspective, you begin to see buildings that were just passing by with perspective lines. Once you know it, a new world unfolds before your eyes. It's just that the things that were there begin to have meaning to me and become precious.

Even if it's an ugly picture

When I draw it, it makes sense.

If you like making things with your own hands, I'm sure you'll love painting. That's because I am. I can admire the work created by someone who is better than me, but it's not precious to me. Even the ugly pictures I drew have meaning because I drew them. If I draw my favorite landscape with my own hands, I'm sure you'll feel satisfied and proud.

No matter what you draw, I'll teach you to draw enough.
Let's draw together.

Jude

I'm Jude, a botanical artist and a teacher of botanical art and pencil sketching. I like colorful colors, but I like to draw monotone drawings because their expression changes depending on the lines used, and they have a timeless appeal. I think it was even more fun to draw scenes from my favorite programs, as if I were the main character. Even if I can't draw a picture, that's fine. If you enjoy the drawing process while recalling the scene, the picture will be completed imperceptibly.
