A resin with a shiny, solid, and transparent beauty

Hello 😄 I'm AILEER, the owner of Ellier Resin Workshop. Realize shapes that were only imaginary in your head After continuing to do resin crafts for fun, I opened a workshop in early 2020 because I wanted to share this fun with more people. The workshop offers one-day classes and certification classes, and they also go to companies and schools.

And for more and more people, I developed it while working How to make resin works that are practical and perfect for your taste using techniques containing my own know-howI wanted to tell you about it, so I prepared an online class at Class 101 😉

The appeal of resin crafts with a high degree of freedom

Resin crafting refers to the process of making a work by adding pigments and materials to resin (resin) in the form of a clear liquid and solidifying it into a desired shape. Since the raw material is transparent and in liquid form, there are dozens to hundreds of different shapes depending on the frame containing it and the color of mixingYou can create it. After completion Hardness and glass-like transparencyIt's an element that further enhances the appeal of resin works:)

In my class, I did works that made use of the advantages of resin Easy and fun So that you can make it Step by step from the basics Let me know Until applicationI've prepared it so that you can practice enough by following the instructions.

Would you prefer a chubby star over a sleek star?

If you buy a frame (outer frame) and do resin art, the design may be slightly different from what you want. Maybe the star is too sharp than I would like, or I wish it had one more petal With the same feeling.

As I worked, I repeatedly felt such a sense of regret, and I thought, “I should just make it!” I made up my mind. However, if I wanted to design a frame and order it from the factory, the minimum order quantity was 100 pieces.

So I looked for other methods, tried new materials, repeated research, and was born after such a process, How to make a simple frame with smooth and clean lines I'll let you know ♡

It's easy because you can easily make a frame by taking the shape you like, and you can make it different every time, so it's a great way to do it when you need something new.

Also, as an applied version of the above method How to easily make resin parts with the desired design without silicone moldsI'll teach it to you too.

Even without initial stickers or metal parts

To put the desired text, decoration, or shape in the resin After getting lost between initial stickers, metal stickers, printed OHP films, and metal parts, I finally found a way to solve all of these problems with just one material!

It's more comfortable, easier, and more unique (. •⸺-) ✧

Try this pen tool in class with me, which looks like it was written with melted metal and feels like it was written using pearl ink. It doesn't matter if it's a bear. I'll let you express your beauty with simplicity!

A finish that determines the quality of the work!

Doming (Doming), which is carried out almost at the final stage to create a work and create a smooth surface, is often difficult, such as overflowing resin being raised or the edges not being clean.

In class My own tips to make doming easierI'll also deliver it to you, so if you follow along step by step, you'll be able to create a highly finished work even faster ()

Materials that don't come out of the drawer?

Resin crafts have so many different and beautiful materials that I have a lot of trouble choosing to buy. Because of my personal work and workshop management, I constantly have to buy new materials, so I tend to worry for a long time every time. I was so worried that I bought the ingredients, but after using them, there were a wide variety of “frequently used ingredients” and “surprisingly unused materials.”

I wanted the students to experience as little trial and error as I did How to select highly versatile materials and know-how on choosing where to buy materials I put my back in class:D

It can be applied, and even practical!

Nice and pretty works are great!

But it would be even better if it was practical!

Yep, that's exactly what I think:D

So apply it as much as you want So that you can use it in real life, I'll teach you how to make works using neodymium magnets, which are rarely used in ordinary resin crafts.

When magnets are inserted into resin, the magnetism is much lower than expected, so the finished product often has no holding power. In class, this How to position it so that magnetism is well maintainedI'll also let you know. It also includes tips on how to add a favorite photo to the work and apply it to make other props.

Obsolete in class? The hobby starts now!

When class is over, hobbies don't end. Now it's starting to catch fire To make the hobby of resin crafts even more fun and enjoyable for a long time!
