Q. How does the shipping process work?
A. The kit will be shipped out within 24 hours after your order got confirmed, and there will be a cancellation fee or change from this point on. Each kit has a different delivery courier, so you cannot request a specific courior or delivery date.
Q. What can I do for a damaged kit?
A. We are keeping our products at the best quality possible, but if you received a damaged kit, you can contact the Help center for replacement or refund within a month from the date of your receipt. We cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior notice.

Q. Why did you start oil pastel?
A. I found it attractive when I saw the warm and simple oil pastel by a foreign oil pastel artist. I get bored easily, and that's why I gave up other drawings using water or brush, but I was mesmerized by oil pastel that is able to express the same texture as beautiful oil painting.
Q. What experience do you want classmates to gain from this class?
A. I have experienced that learning how to draw helps me feel like everything, that would otherwise feel ordinary, look new. You'll learn how to draw. I also want you to realize what you truly want as you go along the class.
Q. What do you have to say for classmates?
A. Oil pastel doesn't require you to be perfect. When it comes to oil pastel, the mistake looks good as it is. Let's start drawing with a cup of tea or cookies.
