You can ask questions about 2 types of voice recording coaching or English concerns up to 5 minutes per coaching ticket.
In the case of voice recording coaching, you can directly record and upload the content covered in the class. We recommend 5 minutes or less, and we will provide text coaching and voice coaching for the corresponding voice recording file.
If you have a question about the course content or business English, we will write an answer of around 300 characters and send it to you.
The recommended method is to record once in the middle of the class (after Chapter 3) and once after the entire class is completed, and we recommend that you receive coaching as a file of no more than 5 minutes in total.
Since this class is related to speaking, we do not accept primary translation requests.
If there are many or long sentences in the voice file, it may take up to 7 to 10 days for thorough diagnosis and feedback.
Coaching vouchers can be used for 20 weeks after the date of purchase, and there is no refund for unused use within that period.

Hello! I'm Grace Lee and Ji-young Lee, an online and offline English lecturer in their 11th year, an incumbent professor and author of several English books, to give you a boost of confidence in English.

Like many of my mates, I haven't lived in a foreign country, nor have I ever gone to study abroad. However, I love English, so I learned it in many ways, and this is how I became an English teacher! As a result, foreigners now often ask me where they have lived:)

When I first started giving lectures to entrance students in 2011, I heard a lot of meetings. My grades improved because I only taught the grammar shown in the exam, but it seemed like I was teaching formulas rather than speaking languages. That's when I decided, 'Let's be a teacher who also teaches spoken and written English“It was. Thanks to that goal, over 10 years later, I'm writing books related to speaking English, and teaching practical English at university pulpits and media.
