Nice to meet you! I'm Meiko working as an illustrator. Originally, after working at a manufacturer or energy-related research institute, I first learned about the fun of drawing pictures after getting married, transferred, and pregnant.
I received frequent wedding paper design requests from people around me, and I decided to start working as a freelance illustrator. Their sense of color has become popular, and they are active in a wide range of activities, such as working with companies such as books, web magazines, cosmetics, and Airbnb.
I am greatly influenced by the nature-rich life in Texas, England, and Ibaraki in my painting.

Q. How did your teacher get into botanical illustration?
A. It started when I drew flower illustrations on paper items I use for my own wedding, and it continues now.
Q. Why did you decide to offer online classes with CLASS101?
A. I had never learned to draw and I was worried about teaching, but I wanted to share with you a rich time drawing without heart while being surrounded by flowers.
Q. What did you do the most when planning the class? Who would you recommend this class to?
A. It is a device that conveys the arrangement and balance methods of floral patterns, etc. that I usually draw casually so that anyone can put them into practice.
