This is probably why so many people dream of financial freedom. Because of this, the ridiculous voice of “the owner of the building on top of the owner of the building” came out. Everyone vaguely dreams of a life where they get full rent, but when I see house prices soaring year by year, I wonder if it is possible to become a “studio owner” rather than a “building owner.”

As an office worker, I was in just 30 days

It started at 15 million won.

With 15 million won, I can immediately become a salarie-free employee a month later?

Until just a few years ago, I was a very ordinary office worker who lived in my own room and my salary was all about my earnings. I couldn't afford it economically, but I couldn't even think about looking for another side job because I had the energy just to commute to work.

Then one day, I got tired of the life of a single-person household living alone, and I vaguely began to think, “I wish I could live with someone.” I randomly drew my own share house, and I was able to receive tenants in about a month.

About 2 million won in just one month

Net income is starting to come in.

오픈 하자마자 성수기, 비성수기에 관계 없이 예약을 꽉 채웠습니다!

▶ As soon as it opened, it was full of reservations regardless of peak season or off-peak season!

When I entered a share house, I converted my home room to Airbnb, and as a result, I started to make a full net profit of about 2 million won per month. I was able to do all of these things while attending the company.

Now, about 3 years later, I quit the company altogether and am running a full time space rental business. I spend up to 2 hours a day and enjoy a much more relaxed life economically than when I went to work.

Through my classes, I want you to know that in addition to being tied to a salary and having to dedicate 70% or more of your life to the company, there are various options that will enrich your life.:)

Hello, <Rent a house without a home, Airbnb, Party Room Finance > authorship ShinjaeIt's.

I am currently in a share house 'Fairy room“and party room”Timoecious animals“We operate 4 branches, and we are conducting lectures on various platforms where you can digest the three representative leaders of the space rental business from A to Z at once by combining their experience in running Airbnb before.

This introduction sounds like I'm a very diligent and well-intentioned person, but in fact I'm more of a free person who enjoys a leisurely life doing what I want to do other than an hour or two a day. 😁

What kind of dreams did you have when you were young?

Since I was very young, I have had one goal that never changed.

“What I like to do is eat and live-”

There are so many things I like, and they can change every time, so my hopes for the future have changed little by little, but I don't think I've lost my vaguely belief that “I must make money by doing what I love.” For this reason, since I got my first job, I would always throw a letter of resignation without regret if I was convinced that “this doesn't make me happy.” That's why I really worried my parents a lot. 😂

Right now, I'm still running towards my dream, but I feel like that outline is showing up to some extent. I live with an unbalanced diet of only the things I like. While writing, growing plants, having quality conversations with nice people, and going on a great trip.

I don't know how much my quality of life improved just by being able to go to bed comfortably every day without worrying about Mondays because I didn't have to worry about it. I don't think I can be a diligent person. 😅

It's all because of the space rental business that I can live such a sloth life and have a better life than when I continued my 9 to 6 company life. If it weren't for the share house and party room currently in operation, I would still not be able to escape the bridle of being an office worker and I would be dying day by day.

Being able to go to hospitals and banks at any time, not having to bow down to things that aren't my fault, and being able to not get caught up in a ratchet-wheel life that rolls the same way every day...

It's a new form of life that I didn't even know I wanted before, even though it's a matter of course now. Of course, the space rental business is also a business, so there may be difficult and difficult moments, but when I think of my previous company, I think, “Wow, I'm really hungry. I just feel like “You should know you're grateful.” 😂

As the space rental business has made me feel free and happy, I would like to share all my knowledge and experience with those who dream of escaping the company like me before, or who need a new revenue pipeline.

The space rental business has limitless potential to change your life 180 degrees when it becomes a means to a happier life than just to earn a lot of money. I hope that through my lessons, you will also be able to design your own happy life. 🙏
