The time to have the deepest conversation with me,

Miracle Picture Diary 30 minutes a day

For me, a picture diary is me A space where you can have the deepest conversation with yourselfIt's a way to take care of my heart like interest and storm, and it's a time to meet my inner wise person.

You have to draw well

Isn't that what you do?

No drawing experience is required. 'Before we learned how to judge “I drew well” or “I couldn't draw,” we were free to paint, and we were full of joy when we drew. merely Only the desire to meet the creative child within us It's necessary. and When that child starts showing up, they probably laugh and laugh, their own lines, their own colors, and their own paintingsYou will be drawing.

I need to look into what my heart is like

I can draw

This is because this class is not a guided class. We don't choose colors or tell you what to draw. How to look into one's own heart, what the mind is, and how to express the mind with picturesI would like to inform you.

A picture diary that cares for and heals everyday life

Add your knowledge and experience as an art therapist to the picture diary you've been doing for a long time and add your own daily life Picture diary to take care of yourself and healI developed techniques to draw, and in 2017 I published a <Picture Diary for Change> book to guide many people on how to empathize with and change their lives.

It's okay if you only know how to draw “Zolaman.”

A “different person” technique where a star becomes a person

I will reveal my own secret to overcoming the frustrating memory of being touched when drawing people and the fear of painting. It's a “star person” technique where a star becomes a person. Even after 30 minutes of practice, you will be able to draw a person freely.

When I was a kid, I used to draw

I wasn't afraid

This time's curriculum It's not about teaching little by little from the beginning. This is because the creative process is not a linear process like beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Drawing is not something we learn to draw well, but we learn to draw well while remembering our original artistry.

My daily life

I can take care of them meaningfully
