The teacher of yoga instructors,

Let's start 'Flying Yoga' with Subin Sam.

Hello, I'm Subin Sam from Subin Yoga. In this class, I have prepared a 50-minute full course with my own know-how, so that I can follow a different content every week. It would be totally different from a YouTube video that simply links a circus action or shows you how to perform a peak pose.:)

You wouldn't have been able to find a video of a full-length flying yoga class of 50 minutes from warm-up to peak pose and finishing stretching. With this class, you can practice flying yoga at home or at a yoga school at your own pace! Yoga instructors will also be very helpful in creating class sequences.

Flying yoga, What effect will it have?

Flying yoga uses a combination of large muscles and fine muscles It strengthens the core of the body and balances the body. Because it uses fine muscles that you don't usually use well It also has an excellent effect on balancing the body! If you use a hammock even for those with a stiff body You can digest a variety of stretching movements and yoga movements.

To a flying yoga class at a yoga school

Did you have any regrets?

meantime If you have ever been worried about not being able to meet the level of flying yoga you are learning at a yoga school, please focus! At regular flying yoga centers, there are many places where beginners, intermediate students, and advanced students take classes together in one class without dividing the levels separately. It may be a pity that beginners can't follow difficult movements and only have to watch others do it, and advanced students can't take classes at the desired pace.

This class For beginners, it will be a class to approach advanced classes, and for advanced students, it will be a class where they will approach the basics and fix wrong habits together.

Flying yoga starts with how to hold a hammock

It's very important!

There is a separate way to hold a flying yoga hammock. There's a difference between starting without basic knowledge and understanding how to hold a hammock and why you should hold it that way! How to climb on your feet, how to balance yourself on a hammock, etc. You need to learn the basics first so you can exercise safely without falling off the hammock.

Especially for those who dream of becoming a Flying Yoga teacher, it is very important to carefully inform future students about the basics. For years, Using the experience and know-how taught by Flying Yoga instructors, I will teach you in detail how to use hammocks safely and easily.

Now Enjoy it at home to your heart's content!

In this class, we have set up a construction kit for those who want to focus more on practicing flying yoga at home regardless of time. Enjoy flying yoga to your heart's content at home with a simple construction!
