devotion! A man who is serious about bodybuilding

This is Korean Hercules.

Hello, “LIFETIME NATURAL BODYBUILDER” I'm Lee Yong-seung from Hercules. I've been competing proudly on the professional stage as a natural bodybuilder for 14 years. We are always moving forward little by little every day to achieve higher goals than we have now.

Fundamentals rather than skills

My class is a mindset and basic skills class. If you're only looking forward to special exercise skills, you can go home. But just remember this one thing. There is no muscle growth without basic skills.

Mind/ Meal/ Relaxation

Many people only think about exercise when it comes to muscle growth. But the basics are just as important as exercise. 'Steadily adhering to this aspect of “mind/meal/relaxation” is the core secret of Hercules. Hercules will generously tell you how to set goals, how to consume nutrients, and how to actually use relaxation!

I'm not a natural person.

The overwhelming and difficult nature of exercise. I know it better than anyone else.

I also experienced a slump because my body wasn't getting as good as I tried, and I had doubts about myself if I was doing well. It's not just an exercise skills class because I understand these difficulties I wanted to create a class that could continue to help students in their sports lives.

Hercules' philosophy of movement

Jeong Jin (Jeong Jin)

When someone asks me how to have a good body, I don't hesitate “Preserving basic skills” and The answer would be “having a philosophy of movement.” In actual exercise, basic skills and skills are more difficult to implement than exercise skills Movement philosophyThat's because it is.

I hope this class will bring not only exercise methods, but also Hercules' exercise philosophy and muscle growth know-how.

Exercise must be strenuous.

Exercise must be strenuous. It's normal to be hard. If you exercise easily, you will never get good results. This is a truth I learned and realized after 14 years of exercising naturally.

However, I want you to take the hard part.

I will help you not to go through the many trials and errors that I have gone through so that my efforts were not in vain. Trust and follow along!
