Hello, I'm Seo Ha-yeon, a yoga instructor working as shyshy:) Flying yoga is an exercise that requires accurate posture as movements are performed in the air using a hammock. I'm thinking about how more people can do safe and effective flying yoga, and I'm working to share the sequence on social media such as YouTube and Instagram.
