How to hack a life with just one diary

Hello, I'm a cell dad ^^

*Guide video for first-time users of Diary

In this video, it's as easy as possible for beginners who use diaries for the first time

It was made simply and clearly.

Not using a diary, and using a diary.

How much of a difference would it make in life?

Are there any friends around you who really make good use of diaries?

If you have one, be sure to learn his diary habits.

You can be sure that the habit of diaries produces stronger results than any other habit.

*Benjamin FranklinEvery day, I recorded 13 important virtues in my diary and checked whether they were practicing them as they were.

Record what you will do
I did what I recorded
Finally, I checked if it was implemented.

I've been using diaries for over 10 years, and I know from experience how these simple 3 structures Benjamin Franklin used can make a big difference and change me.

*A diary is a very effective tool for putting thoughts into action.

For people who have the same thoughts and minds as me, I would say these are 3 things that are more valuable than reading 100 books. (planning, execution, feedback)

Rather than reading 100 books in the same context and not having any action or change

I think it's much better to read just one sentence, get inspired, and put it into practice.

No, I don't think they can be compared.

Nothing in the world changes without doing anything.

If you want to make money, you have to find a job that makes money and do it.

In order to obtain a certificate, you must study properly to obtain a certificate, take an exam, and pass it.

If you want to get married, you have to work hard to find someone to marry.

There is no such thing in the world that results from just thinking.

*A diary is a powerful tool for organizing thoughts

What do mind maps, mandalats, and logic trees, which are tools for organizing thoughts, have in common?

It's a visualization of the thoughts in a person's head.

Why is visualization important?

Make a plan for the one thing you need right now. It's about planning simply by thinking without any tools. Then try running it as is.
This time, you can write “draw” a plan in a notebook or A4 paper, or you can express the plan with a picture. Write down the date, time, and location there.

Which of the two methods is most likely to be implemented?

I don't have a good memory that I can quickly forget what I just thought about.

Therefore, I have a habit of immediately recording what I think of in my diary.

What came up with an ID while taking a shower came out after washing and I can't remember it, so in order to solve this

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch, a tool that can instantly record what comes to mind, and use a recording app called 'Reminder. '

The reason I bought this smartwatch, which I bought for about 350,000 dollars, was to “record immediately.”

You don't need to take notes while driving, just talk and the Galaxy Watch will save them. Transfer it to your diary.

Also, it can be used in space or under water so that you can record while taking a shower

I bought a space sim and used it. (I still have Space Sim in my diary.)

The reason I care about records like this is because those ideas are very valuable and very important. These precious records are all collected and digitized in my archival binder.

*Jim Carrey's check

Movie actor Jim Carrey wrote down his own $10 million check in 1990 and wrote the date as 1995. And exactly five years later, in 1995, she made $17 million by appearing in the movie Mask and Batman.

What did Jim Carrey think when he saw the visually visible $10 million check?

How many times have you watched those “fake checks” in your life?

*Why don't people use this simple and straightforward method of success?

Among my friends, I rarely saw anyone who made proper use of diaries.

I also advised my friend.

I also gave advice to my family.

I bought my own diary and even gave it as a gift.

However, I didn't use it, or I stopped using it for a while out of curiosity.

So I was really curious about the reason.

Why not use it?

My conclusion

“If you don't feel the need for yourself

“No matter how good a third party recommends it, they won't do it.”

If you read this article to the end, you are talking about the need for a diary

There's a good chance you've been curious or felt the need.

How to use a diary to become a good habit,

If you are wondering if there is an easy way to use a diary

I think this video will help.

So I can highly recommend watching this video to all of you.

What you'll actually learn in classes

*To avoid getting bored, we've revised it again and again to focus on the core.

In this short video of 11 minutes and 30 seconds, I learned from using Diary for 10 years

It's the most basic, but I've included 7 core things that can be said to be the whole of a diary.

It can be difficult for first-time diarers to use a diary while thinking about all seven.

That's why we've designed it so that it's easily accessible, centered around 2 of the 7 keys.

I definitely want to say this.

Be sure to keep a diary

schemes
execution

You should focus on these two things.

You can use a diary in an integrated manner in various forms, such as a diary (making a diary), a diary, or a letter of appreciation, etc., but if there is no plan and execution, I think it's not a diary, but a simple notebook or binder.

You must use a diary with a focus on planning and execution so that you can live as a person who practices it every day.

*Class goals

The goals I want to communicate are very clear.

Be sure to use the diary according to the two types of planning and execution
Get a diary or notebook and use it as soon as the video is over

There are no luxury items in my diary.

So don't waste your time searching for expensive diaries; use a notebook at your local stationery store or at home ^^!

As the class goal is planning and execution, watch the video

I sincerely hope that you use the diary.
