About the class

Working on my favorite socks

Take the first step!

Hello, I'm LOOOP, a knitter who expresses imaginary designs with knitted works. After majoring in surface design, I enjoyed the process of weaving colorful threads into bright patterns, and I've been knitting with big needles until now! The variety of colors, patterns, and cozy textures expressed on the tight knit brings me great joy.

I wanted to share this joy with all of you, so I worked on socks with various designs “Make knitted socks for all seasons that will affectionately cover a tiring day” Targeting classes and intermediates “Make knitted socks and gloves that will fill your everyday life with warmth and vitality” I used to have a class! For those who find the difficulty level of the previous classes difficult, we have prepared a basic class that makes it easier to try making socks.

What makes this class special

What is the beginning of all work

Starting with a solid foundation

Sock knitting is done using a large needle, and it can be a bit difficult to start alone. From starting to catch your nose, to putting it off, and how to wash your nose! After learning the basics of a large needle step by step, start knitting socksI will.

After the needle base is firmly chopped Work on gauge samplesTake plenty of time to get familiar with thread and needles while doing it.

Once you've learned the basics, consider a small sock keyring. After completing the gauge sample, I gradually apply the basic techniques I learned up to this point while making a small-sized sock keyring to the work. Unlike sweaters and shawls that take a long time to complete because of their size, you'll be able to enjoy learning how to knit without getting bored while completing the work quickly. Not to mention the sense of accomplishment and pride you feel when you finish your first pair of socks!

Now I can complete socks that fit my feet step by step with a large needle. After completing the cute sock keyring, you can use the techniques you've learned so far to create a pair of cozy knit socks that fit your foot size, and if you take the class to the end, you can create a total of 3 works.
