So how should you learn tumbling? I'll show you how to learn how to tumble safely on your own without assistive equipment or help! We have included a course so that people who have had trouble tumbling alone at home can try tumbling with a more correct posture without injury, and even practice connection and usage movements.

1) Fear comes from ignorance

So when you learn the principles of how technology works and how to easily access it, your fears will decrease. When you fall here, if you know how to fall safely and what precautions are there, you can take on the challenge with confidence. There are different types of failures, but “you have to jump high.” It's not something anyone can say, but I will show you a detailed practice method to find the reason for failure depending on the state or attitude of the technique.


2) Worry about possible injuries

In order to prevent injury, preparation is of paramount importance. We have carefully selected optimal preparation exercises for body mobility and technical perfection. Go further from injury prevention and become a person who not only succeeds in movement, but also uses your body well.

Hello, this is Team Illusion Noh Seong Yul, who turns everyday life into Neverland.


I have been doing activities and education for 20 years to promote tumbling in Korea as the first generation of acrobatics and marshal arts tricks in Korea, and now I am also working as a creator in line with the times.


As of September 2021, there are 1.7 million TikTok followers, 125,000 YouTube subscribers, and 25,000 Instagram subscribers, so I'm always grateful that so many people are interested in Tumbling.


However, when I see an inquiry, I often can't do it because I don't know how to do it, and there are cases where practicing the wrong way can lead to injury, so I would like to introduce a faster and safer way to learn in class 101.


I don't have a certificate due to the nature of the exercise called tumbling, so I'll replace my explanation with my history.
