Can I learn tumbling online?

Tumbling is possible in your own room!

I think this is a question for all of you who are viewing this page. Don't worry! The curriculum has been restructured so that you can learn tumbling online or in your own room, so that you can learn it easily.

So how should you learn tumbling? I'll show you how to learn how to tumble safely on your own without assistive equipment or help! We have included a course so that people who have had trouble tumbling alone at home can try tumbling with a more correct posture without injury, and even practice connection and usage movements.

You've already been able to tumble.

In fact, many of you already have a body capable of tumbling. But here's why you can't tumble.

Because I don't know how or how to use my body correctly
Because of the vague fear of getting hurt by blindly trying

If your muscle strength is weak because you haven't exercised, you can find the missing part and practice, and if you have enough strength, you can use the muscle usage method that suits your movements! I'll show you an efficient method that suits your body. Anyone can tumble if they practice for a cause that doesn't suit the body you have.

Here's why you can't tumble

1) Fear comes from ignorance

So when you learn the principles of how technology works and how to easily access it, your fears will decrease. When you fall here, if you know how to fall safely and what precautions are there, you can take on the challenge with confidence. There are different types of failures, but “you have to jump high.” It's not something anyone can say, but I will show you a detailed practice method to find the reason for failure depending on the state or attitude of the technique.

2) Worry about possible injuries

In order to prevent injury, preparation is of paramount importance. We have carefully selected optimal preparation exercises for body mobility and technical perfection. Go further from injury prevention and become a person who not only succeeds in movement, but also uses your body well.

Stretching: Prevents muscle damage and improves exercise performance through natural movement and increased range of motion.
Physical exercise: Learn how to use your body when learning tumbling, such as how to build a resilient body to perform techniques, how to jump higher, and how to rotate faster.
Strength training: By training the muscles required for elasticity, jumping, and rotation, it directly helps when tumbling, so that movements can be performed more smoothly.

What kind of tumbling will I learn?

What is the curriculum of all technologies It consists of the composition and principles of the technique, the order and method of exercises, points to be aware of when practicing, correction methods for each type and strengthening exercises, variations, and applicationsIt's supposed to be.

Basic Tumbling: A basic technique that is easy to learn, easy to access to tumbling, and can be applied to many other techniques!
Hand Spring: No.1 tumbling that is worth trying, excluding basic tumbling!
Backhand Spring: A technique you can proudly say and show off that you know how to tumble!
Back Projection: The number one technique offline students want to learn the most!

Don't just look at your destination and run.

Some people learn more slowly than others when it comes to offline classes, while others learn at a slower pace than others. It seems like there is a difference between someone who has studied English abroad and someone who is studying English for the first time since they were born taking the TOEIC test The speed at which you learn is bound to vary depending on how much exercise you have done on a regular basis.

However, there is no need to rush to learn because only the difference in speed is when you succeed, and both will eventually succeed.

I promise everyone can tumble while enjoying the course.
