Skills You’ll Learn
▶ ︎ Hello, I'm Gyagya working as a web designer
2D Design & Photoshop
As I worked on various tasks, I felt that there was no distinction between 2D tasks. I was able to create and use anything if I only had an understanding of the project in different sizes and directions. For printed materials and illustration work IllustratorI also used gifs for web design, and After Effects or Premiere Pro together for videos, etc. Except for creating large advertisements, I usually used Photoshop, which is most comfortable for me. Because Photoshop, which I've been fiddling with since I was a kid, was most familiar to me!
If you're new to design, probably the easiest program to get to I think it's probably photoshop. It would be great if you were good at dealing with other programs, but it's not easy to learn multiple programs from the beginning, so in this class, I'm going to try to create various images using just Photoshop.
Intro intro
When designing, the intro that you see first is the most important thing. This is because people won't scroll down anymore if they don't catch their eye at the beginning. As an intro So that you can grasp the content at a glance without looking at the details It plays a role in conveying the core content of the entire page with a title and an implicit image. The intro design also determines the mood of the detailed page, so this is the part that takes the most time and effort.
Title title
The most important part of the intro is the title. Depending on the design The location is different, but it holds the center As part of the text that conveys important content, you need to be able to use a variety of fonts and tools to match the desired mood.
Try using a variety of fonts and combine shapes to create a title!
We will send you a download link for the fonts included in the title. You should know that unless you buy a paid font and use it, you should use a free font that doesn't have copyright issues:)
Image image
Various images will be inserted within different workpieces. Let's work together on editing for various situations, such as simple character retouching or creating shadows by picking nukes.
The images you need for the job are free image download routes We plan to send it to you. Just like fonts, you should be careful about copyright when using images.
Illustrated Illustrations
In Photoshop, images are broken when resizing using a bitmap method based on pixels, which is basically a pixel-based method. The only shape in Photoshop like this (shape) This is a vector image that can be increased or decreased in size without loss of image quality.
If you draw an icon or illustration using a pen and a shape, you can use vector images and edit them directly without opening an ai program separately, so I plan to use pen tools and shapes a lot. It may be difficult at first, but after lots of practice and practice, you'll get used to using it!
Content content
Let's create the following content to match the atmosphere of the created intro page. First, we'll lay out the page using text and shapes, then insert images, check alignment and spacing, and finish.
Banner banner & SNS card
Transform the created intro page to create banners for various purposes, and divide them by content so that they can be used as social media cards.
For the tasks to be created in this class, you can download the finished PSD file from the class notes.
You can refer to the original file when you have trouble working, and the design used in the class can be used anywhere

Hallo I'm a gyagya who majored in fine arts and is currently working as a web designer. I have been working on a variety of 2D graphics for many years, from product detail pages, event/promotion pages, web/mobile sites, banners, and social media promotional images in various shopping malls. The appeal of 2D graphics is that they can be used in a variety of ways. Not only are there differences in size and direction, but if you understand the project, you can create anything, and the work can be transformed as much as you like and used in various places. The most familiar program to start designing is Photoshop. It would be great if you were good at illustrating, but learning two programs at once is not an easy task, so in this class, I'm going to try to create an intro with a variety of moods using only Photoshop and use it in a variety of ways. Since I'm going to create images that I actually use in my work in this class, I think it will be of great help to those who dream of being a designer. If you follow along slowly, you'll be able to easily create great images even if you're not a major!
