Skills You’ll Learn
Why don't you expand the range of typeface arrangements with the gorgeous decorative line “Florish”?
Hello, I'm Keshia Anjelica (Keshia Anjelica) who works as a calligraphy artist.
In this class, you can learn the basics of “Florish Calligraphy,” where you can enjoy adding twirled lines to letters and making them gorgeous.
I will tell you a tight summary of simple yet wide-ranging content that will satisfy not only beginners in calligraphy but also experienced calligraphy users!
What is Florish Calligraphy?
Flourish (Flourish) comes from the Latin words Flos and Florere.
Flos is a flower, and Florere blooms.
The combination of florish and flower and grass decoration illustrations is cute, isn't it? Everyone, too, should take this class and make wonderful calligraphy arrangements!
Learn the tricks to look stylish with a delicate touch
“I'd like to write Florish, but what kind of arrangement would be good...”
It looks like it's just a matter of adding lines, but it's difficult to actually arrange it yourself and make it look beautiful. In order to be able to write cleanly, I will also tell you basic writing methods, tips for writing well, and common mistakes.
The ultimate goal is to be able to arrange characters without samples. We will help you improve your calligraphy with lessons that also include corrections.
Classic & modern calligraphy
What is characteristic of my calligraphy is a typeface that is both classic and modern, that is not influenced by the times.
At the beginning of the class, I will teach you the points for distinguishing beautiful lines and shapes. I also teach flurisch patterns that I often write, but my goal is to eventually be able to make various arrangements. Learn Flourish Calligraphy step by step until you make it your own.
Create a logo with decorative illustrations
In this class, I'll even teach you the tricks to decorate illustrations of flowers and grass. It is a line drawing illustration that goes well with Florish calligraphy, and if you can write your own name, store, or product name, the range of designs will expand.
Comes with a worksheet so you can learn well from the basics

Flourish calligraphy for gifts
