An easy parkour to start?? Here it is!!

Edit Image Info Hallo I'm Kim Sun-jae, the creator of Parkour. I'm now going to show you the know-how I've built up over 8 years of doing parkour through various activities and classes!!

We've collected everything from beginner parkour techniques that are easy for anyone to get started with, intermediate skills that are somewhat difficult, and advanced techniques for getting around the wall!

An exercise that's easy to look at but hard to start??

Edit Image Info

When I watch a parkour video, I jump over a long distance at once, and land while making a few laps in the air, etc., “Is it possible for humans to move?” The entry barrier seems high enough to make you wonder, but don't worry!!

We'll help you develop yourself by slowly overcoming obstacles one by one, starting with how to land safely from the ground up.

The actions of parkour professionals seen in the media are different from actual parkour classes.

“Safety” always comes first, so I'll show you how to get out safely and slowly.

Why it's hard to start parkour

Edit Image Info

Like me and most people who start parkour There are many cases where we cannot learn simply because there is no place to learn.

Most parkour gyms are only in Seoul, and it's hard to find parkour trainers who teach classes outside of Seoul. Therefore, it is designed so that you can easily follow the lessons step by step, even on your own.

Move freely while doing parkour!! What can I gain from the lessons!?

Parkour allows you to move freely in your own way~

Overcome obstacles in many ways
Landing safely at a high place
Try climbing higher than your own height
Even a performance that goes around the wall!

Parkour isn't a martial art, so there's no need to compete or compete with others. Find the joy of training yourself and growing on your own~
