Q. How did you get into hand lettering?

A. Even though I'm a designer, I had an indescribable conflict where I couldn't design without a computer and software. At that time, I came across a book and studied on my own because I was obsessed with the appeal of freehand design.

Q. What kind of experience do you want the students to have through this class?

A. I want you to know the fun of design expressed with letters rather than illustrations. At first, it may be difficult until you get the hang of it, but as you draw a lot, you will surely find your character design. I will be happy to help you with that, so please feel free to take the course.
