You can learn from the basic handling of art materials such as millimeter pens, transparent watercolors, and brushes so that even those who don't have much experience in painting can draw pictures of cute animals. I will teach you how to draw caricatures of your favorite cats and girls so that you can start drawing small motifs that appear in picture books, such as flowers and suns, and gradually get used to the art materials, and finally draw your favorite one-piece picture!

An online course where you can complete cute illustrations as if they were in a picture book

ミリペンと透明水彩で描く動物イラスト講座

Hello. I'm Mirin, an illustrator.

I usually use millimeter pens and transparent watercolors to paint a picture book-like world that makes me feel somewhat nostalgic and warm. I often draw illustrations that look like a cat and a girl with bob hair appeared in a fantasy world modeled after their beloved cat, who is a family member.

Halfway between real and deformed

Let's draw illustrations while imagining an intermediate between realism and deformation. You can draw a picture book world that combines a bit of realism and cuteness.

I will give a careful lecture on everything from tips on how to draw adorable round cats and animals, to how to take various cat poses, to being able to draw various cat faces, and other animals.

Draw with “millimeter pen” and “transparent watercolors”

With 0.5 mm and 1 mm millimeter pens, you can learn how to draw detailed line drawings, such as the fuzzy eyes of a girl or the fluffy coat of a cat. Delicate depictions require practice such as how to use a pen, etc., but if you learn tips such as how to draw coats and how to apply shadows, anyone will be able to draw.

We will also introduce coloring methods full of nostalgia and warmth using transparent watercolors. The paint included in the kit was specially customized for this class. I put together paints that express gentle colors.
