Why is it difficult for the human brain to develop itself?

This “instinct to like quick rewards” has been completely inherited by us today.



The reason we like games and social media is also because they give fun (rewards) quickly.

Conversely, the reason self-development is difficult is because it takes a long time to get rewards.

To study and get the job you want, you have to work a very long time.

It also takes a lot of time to exercise and build a great body.



This is not the only instinct that interferes with self-development (details are included in the course).




If so, what should I do?

There are two ways.



1. Living happily by going into the “wild” where you can make good use of your brain

2. Design your desired habits according to your brain structure and then easily implement them
