I'm holding a class in a series I want to try in Class 101. The first course was “Let's design with iPad”, where you can explain the tools and design of ProCreate, and the second course was “Let's try English lettering on iPad”, where you can do English calligraphy with ProCreate.

This is a class where you can draw and create wonderful English typography with your own hands using ProCreate, which is already familiar to many people. So-called handmade typography!

There are many ways to deliver a message. There are pictures, letters, music, design, etc. Among them, text messages are the most obvious, fast, and simple way to communicate.

What we learn is to use characters that are already familiar to us and convey the message I want to say in a better and more beautiful way.

Based on the fundamentals of graphic design, I will design and express the alphabet from dots, lines, and faces. Also, you'll learn a variety of expressions. I'm going to draw the letters as if they were liquid, and I'll also try to design them so that they feel a sense of speed. You will also learn more advanced expressions such as engraving, embossing, bevel, application of out lines, and shadows.
