Class introduction

Hello, it's hard. I have taught drawing and design to over 1,000 students at university, and have been branding by constantly posting pictures on social media.

When we usually draw, we can draw along while taking lessons. However, after class is over, can I complete the drawing myself without the teacher's help? When we draw an object, if we focus on the essential painting of why there is contrast in this part and why we use dark colors, rather than just drawing along, we can complete a wonderful picture on our own. Instead of drawing pictures of others, my own pictures also become content that expresses myself. In this class, I'm going to learn how to draw based on basic painting on an iPad, and at the same time learn how to create content with my own pictures.

What makes this class special

❶ The curriculum loved by American students in Hongdae

What must be done fundamentally before social media branding and monetization? The beginning of all of this is drawing ability! If I like my paintings, I want to show them to others.

I have taught design and drawing to over 1,000 students at university so far. This is the drawing class loved by American students in Hongdae! I'll include all of that curriculum in this class. It's not just a class where you learn the basic features of ProCreate. From the concept of drawing to the basics of painting, you can also establish a solid foundation of painting. It's not just about learning the tools, but also explaining the basic painting principles of why you draw this part darker and why this part is softer, so even those who don't have a foundation in painting will be able to learn the principles naturally.

❷ My picture = content

How to brand yourself online

Do you keep the pictures you draw on your iPad only on your iPad? Please take it out quickly and post it on my social media. Pictures are piled up to become your own content, and content grows, leading to monetization. I became a Naver influencer, blog of the month, and YouTuber with just one iPad drawing. Online and offline classes are also underway. All of this was possible because I recorded my pictures on SNS.

Finally, how to create content with my own pictures! I'll also show you how to create images that can be posted on blogs, Instagram, YouTube, etc., and how to create short forms (short videos such as reels, shorts, etc.). Those who feel like drawing is difficult, and are too new to iPad drawing, and want to do it, but haven't started yet! I'll teach you each one in an easy-to-understand manner.

Welcome

It's a solid, painting kitchen

Hallo

In the kitchen painting

Cooking warm picture rice

The person who builds it is hard.

Everyone who has seen my paintings is consistent

I'm telling you that my paintings are warm and cozy.

The secret of that warmth is,

It's none other than my custom brush.

Everyone, what does watercolor feel like?

The word “difficult” comes to mind first.

Water control is important when it comes to watercolors.

But that was really difficult for me.

So, 'iPad watercolor would be fine, right? ' With the idea

I bought a variety of watercolor brushes and tried them out.

But strangely enough, digital watercolors are just as difficult.

So,

A simple watercolor brush

It was born!

What is a traditional watercolor brush that emphasizes the taste of water

It was difficult because it was full of water.

For those who are starting iPad drawing for the first time

It's probably going to feel pretty tricky.

So I drained the water off the brush.

So,

What is a simple watercolor brush

It's warm and cozy🤍🤍🤍

Now don't struggle to hold on to the difficult brush.

Smooth to the heart with a smooth, hard brush🤍🤍

Have a cozy, healing drawing.

🍧 8 types of watercolor brushes

  • Base - hard: I use it when drawing sketches. It has high opacity and is not affected by pen pressure, so even if you modify the shape, there is no color change, so it's great for sketching.
  • Base - soft: I use it for the same purpose as a hard base brush. As the name suggests, the outline is smooth.
  • Hardly - Hard: Nicknamed “hard brush.” I use it to draw a sketch with a base brush and express texture on it. It can express rich colors and textures depending on the pressure of the pen.
  • Soft - Soft: Nicknamed “cozy brush.” I use it for the same purpose as a hard brush. The outline is softer than a hard brush, and it's smoother.

  • Moist - Moist: Nicknamed “Moist Brush.” As the name suggests, it's moist.
  • Compress - dry: It's nicknamed “cozy brush.” Among the short watercolor brushes, this brush is the most cozy and cozy.
  • Painted line - hard: This is a watercolor line brush with a clean outline.
  • Painted line - soft: This is a watercolor line brush with a squishy outline.

🗒️ 3 types of paper texture brushes

Goes well with watercolors

It's a brush with a cozy paper texture.

Because you can just draw with a brush

Each time you open the canvas, paste the paper texture separately

You don't need to adjust the size😉

🍬 4 types of finishing brushes

For a picture finished with a finishing brush

It can add a cozy analog sensibility.

✏️ 2 memo brushes+3 painting brushes

I can write prettier letters than my original handwriting.

Use circle, triangle, and square paint brushes

I can do a variety of graphic designs.

💌 More detailed ways to use the brush

I'll tell you about it in my Class 101 iPad drawing class.

Prepare a hard brush, and be sure to come and listen to the lecture! 😊🤍
