Class introduction

How do you build a team that performs well? After leading teams from large companies, startups, and various places, the answer I got was “feedback.” Good feedback makes both team members and teams grow. However, if you are a novice leader who has just become a leader, feedback will still be difficult and difficult.

In the class, I will share 1) what is good feedback, 2) what is good feedback, what are the skills for good feedback, 3) problem situations that often occur in reality and their solutions, and 4) feedback actions from leaders that can be applied directly to members who have been difficult to reach. Good feedback know-how that can be applied directly to each type of team member and situation, meet in class now.

Realistic and specific guidelines

It's hard to learn exactly how to give 'good' feedback. This is because famous domestic and international theories and examples are overflowing, but they won't tell you how to apply them to our team right away.

Based on the experience of attracting organizations from various cultures while experiencing both startups and large companies, we have prepared a guide that can be of practical help to you.

In addition to the types of members, such as members who do not perform well, members who do not accept feedback, and members who have difficulty collaborating, feedback methods are proposed according to various situations that cannot be avoided, such as performance evaluation results and regular 1-on-1. Instead of theoretical content, you can present a specific action list and apply it directly in the field.
