Class introduction
Leadership is “influence.” In an organization, we talk about leadership as having an influence on members so that they can achieve results. There is also the role leadership of an organization manager, but the foundation of this is “self-leadership.”
Self-leadership refers to growing on my own by exerting influence on myself by changing my thoughts and actions towards the goals and visions I have set for myself. Everyone is the master of their own life and can take the initiative to create their own lives. When it comes to working life, knowing yourself well is even more powerful.
In this class, I'm going to look at my “work,” “relationships,” and “mind” in order to live an autonomous and proactive life.
Course effect
- By understanding our strengths, values, and resilience, we can know the baseline for managing ourselves.
- You can set a vision and direction for the future while facing a complete “me.”
- You can set goals for yourself, experience a sense of fulfillment, and see 'me' grow more at work.

Do you have a desire to grow even more at work? Aren't you searching for answers to the question of what kind of person I am and what I'm doing right now?
If you set a vision and direction by looking at your current self, finding your strengths, values, resilience, and communication methods, not only your growth, but your work performance will follow by itself. Through time spent looking for what's inside of us, we can connect with the people around us and the world.
In this class, it will be a time to gain a foothold for becoming a leader through 5 systematic courses, including self-management that sees oneself as a self-leader, strength discovery, values, resilience, and organizational communication.
We are all leaders in our lives. We will support all leaders who want to face their complete self and continue to grow.

For the past 17 years, I have been meeting people from various fields through corporate lectures and coaching, listening to the voices of the field, and breathing together. I have been constantly researching and studying about what leadership really is and how to develop competencies, and I have published 3 books. In the process, I continued to confirm that at the center of everything there is a person called “I”.
In class 101, I will vividly convey the things I talk about at the lecture site and the various concerns and solutions that are told in the field. It will help you discover your own story through the stories of many people.

I will ask questions during the lecture. When I record my answers to questions, it can be an experience of discovering another thought within me. I would like to take out a pen and paper and record myself for as long as I spend time listening to this class. Records can help you check your thoughts, explain who you are, and plan your life.

A time together where individuals and organizations can grow through experience and reflection We are working as an experience partner. It is said that humans can grow through experience, but unfortunately, they cannot complete all the experiences in the world. Therefore, I would like to share my work life experience and the experiences of many people I have met in lectures and coaching. I think these experiences can give leaders hints and support in shaping their future.
