Class introduction

Taekwonmu, which combines dance, music, and Taekwondo, is content that men and women of all ages can enjoy. Do you want to learn taekwondo but don't have a taekwondo gym nearby or time to learn? Do you want to enjoy some fun taekwonmu with your family and friends? Gather all of your friends who want a sweaty workout with exciting music and various movements! I'll teach you to do taekownmu dance so easily that anyone can catch up.

Course effect

Pre-course notes

• If you take the course at home, you may get injured due to slippery floors, so please follow the moves barefoot.

I'm the oldest taekwondo choreographer in Korea. To bring taekwonmu to the world, I've held multiple seminars traveling to the US and Korea. I also published a detailed introduction book covering the basic courses so anyone can learn and create taekwondo exercises.
