Hello! I'm Kim Sung-kuk from Tenreps TV, a powerbuilding bodybuilder.
From my first year of middle school until now, bodybuilding has been my life itself. The dream I grew up watching Arnold Schwarzenegger made me who I am today for decades, from America to Korea.

When I was an athlete, I built my body based on powerlifting training, and during my heyday, I weighed 905 kg in my three major workouts. (Bench press: 225 kg/squat: 350 kg/deadlift: 330 kg)
