Golf conditioning training is an exercise that improves golf performance (improved flight distance, improved running, improved swing, etc.) by improving body movements.

When making a golf swing, not only do you follow the shape of the swing with your body, but through golf conditioning training It's very important to find and create a natural swing that's right for you. Only then can you have a good swing that does not make you feel uncomfortable with your body along with the right swing.



My golf conditioning class contains information essential to be good at golf, from the basic movements of a golf swing to various types of exercises tailored to golf (such as improving flight distance, exercises that increase body rotation ability, etc.) and exercises that must be done to prevent golf injuries.

I was in charge of athlete rehabilitation exercises for 8 years at a rehabilitation hospital specializing in elite athletes. Based on this experience, we have trained more than 1,000 professional golfers, including Ko Jin Young Pro and Kim Ju Hyung Pro since 2010, and as they became world-class players, they proved that golf conditioning training helps players improve their performance. Furthermore, as an advisory committee member of the Korean Golf Medicine Research Association, we continue to share various knowledge and information with doctors interested in golf.

Golf conditioning training is based on rehabilitation exercises performed in actual hospitals, and safety must be guaranteed prior to starting all exercises. As exercise developed based on safety, it became a sport that actually helped professional golfers perform. In addition, for a long period of 12 years, he continuously managed a large number of players, corrected incorrect swing movements through golf conditioning training, and proved a dramatic improvement in performance as a result. It is a lightweight, shock-absorbing EVA foam roller that can be used for stretching and balance exercises. The surface is treated to prevent slipping through a special manufacturing process.

5. door anchor

How to combine Sera Band

1. Grasp the D-ring and pull the buckle below to make 2 loops.

2. Pass the band through loop 1.

3. Pass the band through loop 2.

4. Roll it over again from loop 1 to ring 2 again.

5. Pull on the D-ring to secure the bond.

6. Merge complete
