Class introduction

Many people who have trained me in golf conditioning always talk about this.

“How good would it be if I had learned about this kind of golf exercise a little sooner?”

I always say this every time.

“It's enough just to get started now, and it's not too late.”

Everyone regrets not knowing golf conditioning training a little earlier.

Golf conditioning training is an exercise that improves golf performance (improved flight distance, improved running, improved swing, etc.) by improving body movements.

When making a golf swing, not only do you follow the shape of the swing with your body, but through golf conditioning training It's very important to find and create a natural swing that's right for you. Only then can you have a good swing that does not make you feel uncomfortable with your body along with the right swing.

My golf conditioning class contains information essential to be good at golf, from the basic movements of a golf swing to various types of exercises tailored to golf (such as improving flight distance, exercises that increase body rotation ability, etc.) and exercises that must be done to prevent golf injuries.

Course effect

Starting with a test on how well prepared your body is to play golf, you will learn how to make the right body movements to play golf well.
Golf is a one-sided exercise where only one part of the body is continuously used. This is why many problems occur in the opposite body area. We will show you how to self-massage and fascia relaxation to prevent and solve these problems.
We will show you how to correct incorrect golf swing movements through a simple exercise at the bat.

3 reasons why this class is special

❶ Created the bodies of world-class professional golfers

A chance to learn the trainer's teaching know-how!

I was in charge of athlete rehabilitation exercises for 8 years at a rehabilitation hospital specializing in elite athletes. Based on this experience, we have trained more than 1,000 professional golfers, including Ko Jin Young Pro and Kim Ju Hyung Pro since 2010, and as they became world-class players, they proved that golf conditioning training helps players improve their performance. Furthermore, as an advisory committee member of the Korean Golf Medicine Research Association, we continue to share various knowledge and information with doctors interested in golf.

Since 2019, we have been producing numerous golf trainers through the Golf Training Academy. I once introduced golf conditioning training through the 9:00 tee-off broadcast of SBS Golf Godeokho, and I once presented golf conditioning training on an over-the-air broadcast through a clever golf home broadcast on SBS Golf.
