About the class

Everyone, what are the characteristics of people who are good at work? As everyone knows, proficiency scores, bachelor's degree, or doctorate degrees don't make people good at work. Even among those who have passed thorough entrance examinations at major companies, there is a clear difference in ability to work.

“I have a sense of work. ', 'Capable,' 'Promising. ' Although it is commonly expressed as After all, people who are good at work are people with excellent metacognition. Metacognition, in simple terms, means knowing what you know and what you don't know. People with high metacognition also have high problem-solving skills, and problem solving is the most necessary competency for work. In other words, metacognition is a very important factor that determines work ability.

This class is a class that fosters this metacognition and teaches you how to do a good job. If you take the class all the way to the end, you can find out specifically what makes you decide what to do well or what you don't do. Also, beyond the concept of a “person who is good at work” described by various abstract formulas such as “having a sense of work,” “competent,” or “having a head for work,” I'll tell you what you need to do today to become a person who is really good at work.

Oh Bong-geun

Hello,

Author of [Metacognition, The Art of Thinking] This is Oh Bong-geun.

As an intern at a global consulting firm, I began my social life by working late at night and thinking about how to do a good job in bookbinding and copying. I was very interested in the reality of doing a good job, and later, I went back and forth between the consulting firm's Korean and US offices and was recognized as a person who did a good job, and became the company's top executive at a young age. Many juniors asked me to know how to do a good job, so I compiled my know-how in the book “Metacognition, The Art of Thinking.” The contents of the book were captured in the class to make it easier to use in practice.
